The California Natural Resources Agency (CNRA) has released draft guidelines for review and comments on an upcoming funding opportunity for projects that reduce greenhouse gasses while transforming the built environment into places that are more sustainable and effective in creating healthy and vibrant communities. This program emphasizes, and gives priority to, projects that are proposed by and benefit the State’s disadvantaged communities.

The public comment period begins October 21, 2016 and ends December 5, 2016. Public meetings are being held soliciting comments for guidelines.
